SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time, all orders are processed within 3-5 Business days, depending on order size. All deliveries are only processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, please note should there be a delay, this will be communicated to you through email.

For all collections done on premises a pre-scheduled collection time and date will be confirmed and or arranged with the customer/buyer. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses All packages will only be shipped to a physical address to whom there should be an individual/buyer to sign for these packages.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking Upon completion of all orders confirmation will be provided to you the customer once the courier has been booked.

RETURN POLICY

Please note on any and all returned items, should be returned in the same packaging and or form as delivered to you, a courier will be arranged for the collection of the package/parcel. Once received we will review and confirm should a refund be approved, payment will be made to you through EFT payment and can take 24-48 hours to reflect once confirmation has been sent of the intended refund and approval. Any and all returns require a lead period 3-7 Business days to complete pending on collection and courier availability. For more information, email support info@picmecreations.co.z

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments made can be done throuh online card payments or EFT, please note that no order will be processed until payment has been made and confirmed. for all EFT payments, a confirmation of payment needs to be sent through to orders@picmecreations.co.za and only once funds have been confirmed will the order commence.
